Come and Celebrate Christmas with Us!
This Christmas season, there are so many ways to gather, worship, and rejoice together at Pine Forest! From the beautiful music of our Chancel Choir Cantata, handbells, and Children’s Choir to special services and community events, we invite you to come and experience the joy and hope of Christmas with us.
Chancel Choir Cantata
Join us Sunday, December 7th at 7:00 pm in the Sanctuary as our Chancel Choir presents “Tidings of Joy,” A Celtic Celebration of Carols and festive music to celebrate the season.
Senior Forester’s Christmas Meal
Join us for our annual Christmas Meal, December 9 at 12:30 in the Fellowship Hall. Our meal will be catered so we will need a headcount. Please call the church office by November 26th if you plan to join us for this festive meal and time together.
Children’s Musical and Church Sing - A - Long
Join us on December 10th at 5:30 pm in the Fellowship Hal for pizza and a sweet treat exchange. Bring your favorite treat to share. At 6:00 pm the children will their play “A Christmas Rehearsal Sing A Long.”
Christmas Handbell Program
Join us on December 17th at 6:30 PM in the Sanctuary!
Our youth and adult handbell groups will be sharing the gift of music as they perform their Christmas selections. It will be a beautiful evening of worship, celebration, and holiday joy — we’d love to see you there!
Ugly Christmas Sweaters
Dig your favorite ugly sweater out of your closet and wear them to church on December 21st to either service.
Carols and Soup
Warm up your voices and join us as we go caroling at a few local assisted living centers, then return to enjoy a cozy time of fellowship and soup together. Don’t forget to bring a crockpot of your favorite soup, sandwich or dessert to share! 🍲 Join us December 21st at 3:45 we will head to the assisted living centers by 4:00pm.
Christmas Eve Candlelight Service
Celebrate the birth of Jesus with your Pine Forest family. Our candlelight service features special music, Scripture reading, a short Christmas message, and communion, concluding with the lighting of candles. Bring your family and invite a friend—let’s worship together this Christmas Eve at 5:00 pm in the Sanctuary. If you can’t make that but want to come celebrate Holy Communion there will be a Come and Go Communion time from 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm.
